Hi, I’m Pei. I’m so glad you’re here. This space is an extension of my work as a holistic clinical psychologist — a place to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself, or perhaps others who are likeminded. Here, I share my reflections, scientifically-informed insights, and gentle guidance on psychology, mental health, relationships, and the many ways we seek wellness in a fast-moving, often overwhelming world.

My lens is integrative: honouring the mind, body, and heart as interconnected parts of our healing and growth. You'll find writing on self-awareness, nervous system regulation, intentional living, movement as medicine, and the quiet strength that comes from inner alignment.
