I am a warm and compassionate clinical psychologist who is committed to creating a safe therapeutic space for each person that I work with. My therapeutic style is collaborative, holistic, and strength-based to empower the children, adolescents, and adults I work with, to improve their wellbeing and to help them achieve their best selves. I am a strong advocate for a mind-body wellness; that we function best when our physical health, thoughts, and emotional wellbeing are in harmony.

I am currently providing telehealth services, though intend to resume face to face sessions with clients by mid 2025. I have special interests working with the following presentations:

  • Depression

  • Trauma and Post-traumatic Stress Disorder

  • Victims of domestic or family violence

  • Culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds

  • Study stress and perfectionism

  • Stress and worry

  • Sleep issues

  • Sports performance/Performance anxiety
